Chalten Travel (a.k.a. Chalten Travel Tourism) is an Argentinian bus company that an extensive experience in the transportation field, of more than 20 years. Over the years, Chalten has gained recognition and respect from the passenger transportation industry as well as from the same passengers and customers. The company is characterized by numerous destinations in the south of the country, in the Patagonia area. A curiosity of the company is that it is very popular to reach locations where Minitrekking is done.
It is important to mention that it is one of the few bus companies that is dedicated exclusively to offer services in the famous and touristic Route 40 of Argentina. Among its most frequent and requested destinations are: the Province of Santa Cruz (and within it the Perito Moreno Glacier, Chalten, El Calafate to the south of the Province and Puerto Madryn) the Province of Río Negro (and in it Bariloche) , Chubut (and within Puerto Madryn), Tierra del Fuego (and its capital Ushuaia) and Buenos Aires. A novelty of the company is that it also provides services to the other side of the Andes mountain range (Cordillera de Los Andes), that is, in the Chilean Patagonia.
