  • What do I need to buy my tickets online?

    You need the passenger's data (full name, ID and date of birth), the credit or debit card to make the payment and an e-mail where you can receive your ticket. If your ticket is paid by someone else, you will also need the same cardholder information.

  • How to buy my tickets?

    1- Search and selection of the service:

    • Choose the origin and destination of your trip from our search engine on the main page.
    • Enter a travel date for the round trip. In case you only need a one-way ticket, you must select the “optional(x)” option that appears in the return field.
    • Select the number of passengers, press SEARCH and the available services will appear.
    • Select the service you want to travel on, and press NEXT
    • Choose the seat and press CONTINUE.

    2- Passenger Information:

    Complete the information of each passenger (full name, date of birth, document with which they travel, and nationality). It is very important that these data are correct, so we suggest reviewing them before moving on to the next step.

    3- Payment information

    a)- Select the type of card you will use (credit, debit or issued abroad) and the number of installments.

    b)- In “Cardholder data”, you can select one of the passengers (if applicable) or if it is another person who pays but does not travel, you must select “another person” and complete the requested data .

    4- Payment

    The system will ask you to enter the card data (card digits, expiration date and security code), once the payment has been validated the purchase will be confirmed and you will receive them by email.

  • Do I have to print the ticket?

    It is no longer necessary to print the ticket. It is now an E-Ticket.

    When you finish the purchase, we send you the confirmation of the charge to the card and the E-Tickets in PDF file to your E-mail.

  • What do I do if my purchase was rejected?

    Depending on the transport company you choose to travel, there are the different credit cards options with which you can pay. Financing in installments is only viable for credit cards issued in the Argentine Republic and varies according to the transport company.   • How do I request an invoice for my purchase?

  • Can I change my ticket?

    You cannot make changes to date, time, passenger, category, origin, destination, you must return the ticket and make a new purchase.

  • How to return my ticket?

    The tickets purchased on this site may be returned and pay the withholdings provided in the commercial conditions.
    Retentions:
    If the ticket is RETURNED, it will be held:

    • Within 24 hours before departure and up to 1 hour before departure 30%.
    • Within 48 hours before departure 20%.
    • More than 48 hours before departure 10%.

    IMPORTANT: The aforementioned withholdings may vary according to the commercial conditions of each transport company. Refunds will be made to the card used at the time of purchase. NO EXCEPTION.
