ENTRY TO BRAZIL

Entry requirements for the traveler:

Travelers of international origin, Brazilian or foreign, must present to the responsible company, before boarding, the vaccination certificate, printed or electronically, in Portuguese, English or Spanish.

- DDJJ of health of the traveler of the National Direction of Migrations

- Certificate with complete vaccination schedule (2 doses) with more than 14 days of application of the last dose. (From 6 years old)

- COVID-19 travel insurance, covering hospitalization and isolation (Optional - Recommended).

- Within 48 hours prior to the trip, complete the following Electronic Affidavit:

The vaccination certificate does not apply:.

• The traveler with a health condition that contraindicates vaccination, must present the medical certificate;
• To those not eligible for vaccination based on age, according to criteria defined by the Ministry of Health;
• When a traveler enters the country due to humanitarian issues;
• Those from countries with low vaccination coverage, defined by the Ministry of Health;
• To Brazilians and foreigners residing in Brazilian territory who do not have the complete vaccination schedule;
Travelers with the exceptions described above must submit to the responsible company RT – PCR carried out up to 24 hours before boarding, in Portuguese, English or Spanish.

ENTRY TO BOLIVIA

Traveller entry requirements:

1) Have ONE of the following:

a) Vaccination certificate against COVID - 19 in physical or digital format with a two-dose schedule or single dose, at least fourteen (14) days before the date of admission;
b) Certified negative RT-PCR test for persons over five (5) years of age: up to seventy-two two (72) hours before boarding in the country of origin;
c) Nasal antigen test certified for persons over five (5) years of age: up to forty eight (48) hours before shipment in the country of origin. Immunizations accepted: all 2) All Passengers must present a "Sworn Declaration of the traveler for the follow-up of COVID19" upon arrival.

ENTRY TO CHILE from Argentina

Entry requirements for the traveler:

The entry of Chileans, residents and non-resident foreigners is allowed in compliance with the following requirements::

According to the protected borders plan, Chile is currently in Alert Phase 1, that does not contemplate travel restrictions, but it does include some measures to consider.

- Complete electronically the form "Sworn Declaration for Travelers" up to 48 hours before boarding the that will provide contact information, health and travel history. This form will deliver a QR code as a means check. It can be obtained at www.c19.cl or here

- Have health insurance with Covid-19 coverage of at least USD 30,000 (mandatory for non-residents). Insurance doctor will not be required for Spanish citizens, as long as they carry the Temporary Displacement forms (E/CHL-11) and Residence (E/CHL-9).

- At the point of entry to Chile, diagnostic tests will be carried out randomly. Confirmed cases must be isolated in accordance with general health regulations (address declared in C19 or Sanitary Residence).

- Although it is not mandatory, it is always advisable to carry out a diagnostic test before traveling.

- Vaccination Status:
• It is not mandatory to be vaccinated.
• Validation of the vaccine allows access to the Mobility Pass. The Mobility Pass allows you to enter restaurants, cinemas, closed spaces, etc.

- Within 48 hours prior to the trip, complete the following Electronic Affidavit:

ENTRY TO PARAGUAY from Argentina

The General Directorate of Migration informs about the established health requirements for entering the country by the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare, within the framework of the COVID-19 pandemic, for nationals, resident foreigners and non-resident foreigners/tourists, according to the last update made by the health portfolio, effective as of April 19, 2022.

I. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR NATIONALS, RESIDENT AND NON-RESIDENT FOREIGNERS IN THE COUNTRY

Vaccination certificate against COVID-19
Travelers over 12 years of age must present a vaccination certificate with a complete scheme to enter the country*.
The vaccination certificate must be in Spanish, English, French or Portuguese and contain the following information:
• Passenger name
• Date of birth
• Document or passport number
• Identification of the manufacturer of the vaccine
• Batch number of applied doses
• Dose application date

Travelers who do not have a vaccination certificate
• SARS-CoV-2 test
Travelers from 12 years old must present test (RNA detection techniques: RT-PCR / LAMP / NAAT) with a negative result carried out in a time not exceeding 72 hours from the shipment.

• People who already had the disease
Travelers from the age of 12 who have suffered from COVID-19 from 10 to 90 days prior to entering the country must prove this situation through laboratory results, RNA detection techniques: RT-PCR / LAMP / NAAT or positive antigen.

II. NEIGHBORHOOD AND COMMERCIAL LAND TRANSIT OF UP TO 72 HOURS (UP TO 30 KM)

All persons who enter under the neighborhood transit regime must prove that they reside in the border city.
They do not require any health requirement for admission.

Responsibility of airlines and international passenger land transport companies
a. Provide all the necessary information to the passenger, on the requirements demanded by the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare of Paraguay.
b. The airlines and ground transportation companies, at the time of boarding check-in, must require travelers to provide the code QR of the Traveler's health declaration form and the other health requirements mentioned in this document, Failure to comply is grounds for denied boarding.
c. The passenger must inform and declare the first port of embarkation where he began his trip to the air transport companies, to the immigration and health authorities.
d. Airlines or ground transportation companies are responsible for denying boarding to passengers who do not comply with the requirements of entering the country. Failure to comply with this requirement will be subject to administrative sanctions. contemplated in Law 836/1980 of the health code and other consequences established in the Law.

Failure to comply with the requirements established in this protocol by travelers will be subject to sanctions. contemplated in Law 836/1986 of the Sanitary Code and other consequences established in the Law.

Persons authorized to enter Uruguay

Uruguayan citizens vaccinated

Requirements:

1. Vaccination: Have received the single dose or the two doses against the SARS-CoV-2 virus (depending on the type of vaccine supplied) approved by their country of origin. They must prove vaccination by means of a certificate issued by the health authority of their country of origin.
2. Pre-admission test: You do not need to take one.
3. Post-admission test: You do not need to take a test on the seventh day.
4. Affidavit: Complete the electronic form within 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to shipment, which will have the character of an affidavit. The Declaration must be made with the same document with which you are going to enter Uruguay.

Uruguayan citizens NOT vaccinated

Requirements:

1. Test prior to admission: Accredit a negative result of the SARS-CoV-2 virus detection test (by molecular biology PCR-RT technique or antigen test), performed no more than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the start of the trip, in a laboratory enabled in the country of origin or transit. In the event that entry into the country is through commercial passenger transport, the accreditation of the negative test must be carried out prior to boarding with the corresponding company. Minors under 6 years of age are exempt from doing so.
2. Post-admission test: You do not need to take one.
3. Affidavit: Complete the electronic form within 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to shipment, which will have the character of an affidavit. The Declaration must be made with the same document with which you are going to enter Uruguay.

ENTRY TO ARGENTINA

Argentines, residents and non-resident foreigners

Measures in force to enter the country from 7/4/2022
Argentines and those residing in the country, must:

• Within 48 hours prior to the trip, complete the following Electronic Affidavit:
SWORN STATEMENT ARGENTINA

Those who enter the country for a period of less than 24 hours will be exempted. and do it by land.

Non-resident foreigners must:
• Complete the Affidavit at least 48 hours before the trip.
• Submit COVID-19 health insurance (Coverage for hospitalization, isolation and/or medical transfer services).
Those who enter the country for a period of less than 24 hours will be exempted. and do it by land.
Those non-resident foreigners of Ukrainian nationality or from that country, while they remain in a transitory migratory situation, must have COVID-19 health insurance if they do not have any other form of health coverage.

Recommendations for those entering the country
People who have an incomplete vaccination schedule are recommended to undergo a diagnostic test within 24 hours after entering the country.
If a positive or suspected case of COVID 19 is detected or reported at the point of entry, the Contingency Plan for that Point of Entry will be activated.

Border crossings

• The entry points to the country, enabled up to now as safe corridors, will operate under the conditions established prior to the pandemic.
• The opening or modification of the conditions of the crossings will be carried out in a coordinated manner with the provincial authorities in a staggered manner according to the possibilities of the agencies that act on the border.
• The category of “safe corridor” is eliminated. The pre-pandemic operative regimen is resumed.
