The province of Córdoba is the second province with the largest number of inhabitants in the country, behind only Buenos Aires, and the city of Cordoba is the largest city in Argentina, with around 3.3 million inhabitants and an area of  580 square kilometers. The province is located in the central Argentina, and the city of Córdoba, at the same time, is located in the northern centre of the province. Its capital is the City of Córdoba (also popularly called CBA) and is, as we mentioned before, one of the most important cities in the country.

Some of the most visited touristic points of the City of Córdoba are: the famous "Iglesia de Los Capuchinos", Los Terrones, Museo Histórico UNC Manzana Jesuítica and Valle de Calamuchita, among other natural attractions.

Santiago de Chile is the capital of Chile and the capital of the Chilean Metropolitan Region as well. Being the capital of the country, and being in this very touristic region, makes this region the Chilean region with the largest population, with around 7.4 million inhabitants, and also the region with the largest number of visitors.

It is very common for travelers from Santiago to travel to the city of Mendoza (Argentina) due to the proximity of the city and the route of the trip (cross the Andes range). It is also very common that in summer, Argentinians from different parts of the country, visit the different Chilean beaches.

Shopping trips to Santiago or different parts of Chile from Argentina, became very popular in recent years, because of the very competitive prices (especially in technology and clothing) that the country offers.
